Responding to the onset of nationwide lockdowns on March 16th, Kindiana Jones jumped into action to spread a positive message of hope and connection by doing what they do best - writing collaborative songs. Virtual Hug was composed and arranged by the artists entirely through Zoom meetings. Artists used a hodgepodge of home studio setups, as well as a central mixing session online via Bandlab.com to finalise parts, harmonies, and instrumentation. Home recordings were emailed through to be mixed and produced by Dean Jones at No Parking Studio in Rosendale, NY. The final track was mastered by Alan Douches of West West Side Music in Hudson Valley, NY.
